CHARADE (1963)
Hepburn and Grant, both names displays a thriller of 1963 (remake by Jonathan Demme with the much-maligned
The Truth About Charlie) I have only decided to buy a DVD copy yet not pretty nice - dated from 2003 to
Jokanan those who want to know -.
Charade has all the "little" film with its plot and quickly placed his characters but not too serious, but that does not rely on the charisma of its two lead actors and its clever dialogue. Although Cary Grant Cary Grant and the fact that Hepburn was more 'Audrey' than ever, the pleasure in scenes of the duo is no less immense. Replicas endless worship no fuser and the general appearance slightly overplayed instilled a healthy dose of levity to the story, which begins still a murder.
Among some good old Gules supporting roles (James Coburn, Walter Matthau, ...), always beautiful duet Hepburn-Grant in the light, perhaps too long, until a final to the embellished fanciful look even a little grimace of Cary Grant, so outdated and casual, but ultimately adds another charm to this cozy Parisian adventure in Hollywood heyday.
